Trainer: Tatjana Maksimovic, Solution-focused, ICF ACC coach
Tatjana Maksimovic is a solution-focused coach and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She works with women who carry a high level of responsibility and competence, and who want to relate to their time, energy, and decisions in a more sustainable way.
With an academic background in special rehabilitation and languages, and professional experience in international human resources, Tatjana brings a strong understanding of relational dynamics, emotional responsibility, and decision-making in both personal and professional contexts.
Her work focuses on practical clarity rather than theory. In this workshop, participants work with real-life situations, everyday language, and the internal patterns that make setting boundaries difficult — even when the need is clear.
Tatjana’s approach is structured, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in real-life application. The emphasis is on clear communication, self-responsibility, and boundaries that can be held without guilt or rigidity.
Organized by Prospera – Verein zur Förderung von Finanzbildung und Economic Empowerment von Frauen as part of the first cohort of Prospera’s COINVERSATIONS project, building a supportive community where talking about money is not a taboo. Supported by Dragonfly Finance.
