We wish to contribute to the economic empowerment of women with our activities. Here you can always get information and be the first to find out what Prospera is organizing next and what projects it is working on. We are waiting for you at our events.
Do you want to become a Prospera member?
That is easy! The membership fee for 2026 is €50 per calendar year. For the equivalent of a less than €5 per month, you can take advantage of our member benefits. As stated in our statute, all women and people identifying themselves as woman, as well as legal entities who support the aims of the association can become members of the Prospera.

ABOUT PROSPERA - OUR PURPOSE
Empowerment (especially economic empowerment) of women and girls, improving financial and economic literacy, entrepreneurial skills, promoting careers in STEM fields and entrepreneurship among women and girls, promoting responsible money management, financial and economic independence and wellbeing as well as long-term security in order to contribute to equality between women and men.
TARGET AUDIENCE
We want to empower women and girls and people identifying themselves as woman, from diverse backgrounds, especially from the LGBTQ+ community and with migrant background.

Karolina Herbut, MSc.
President
Financial educator and mentor with 15+ years of experience in financial and education industry. Launched the first online courses about personal finances as well as the first financial well-being programs for companies in SEE.
Ing. Romana Wochl
Vice President
25 years of experience in high availability banking IT, project management and implementation of projects. Led a team and is now working as business analyst. Studying Innovation Managment to understand how humans can free their innovative potential.
Enzo
Office all-rounder
One of two fluffy sunshines from Cyprus. Mostly has a calming influence on the team, can make biscuits for hours and supports us making really difficult decisions. Enzo has very heavy bones.
